Supply of PSI Resins
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
PSI resins are produced to meet the Product Specifications listed in the Product Data Sheets (see Links in Library). Certificates of Compliance to Specifications are available upon request.
QUALITY CONTROL
PSI Resins are produced under strict Process and Quality Control standards to assure consistency in product quality. The manufacturing process is certified to ISO 9000, 14000, and 18000 Standards. Quality and Process monitoring are carried out at the plant and independently by PSI's MonTEC Lab. Quality Control Data and Batch Samples are made avalaible to Customers for independent assessment.
PACKAGING
For standard packaging, the resin products are sealed in PE bags and placed securely in high quality cardboard drums. Net weight is 25kgs. Custom semi-bulk packaging is available upon request.
STORAGE & HANDLING
To meet Warranty requirements, PSI resins should be kept in original packaging until column loading is completed, stored dry and under cover, kept away from direct sunlight, and stored between 0 to 45C. Care should be taken in handling the resins so as to preserve the structural integrity of the silica-composite structure. PSI provides guidance for column loading and may provide on-site supervision of the column loading process and IX System commissioning process.
LEAD TIMES
PSI resins are supplied on a FOB Shanghai basis, except where other arrangements are made with Clients. Lead times for volumes up to 5m3 are 3 months from date of Purchase Order. Lead times for volumes over 5m3 may be extended by agreement with Clients. Inventory may be held on behalf of Clients, by agreement.
ORDERING
Purchase Orders for PSI Resins may be transmitted electronically. Supply Contracts are often required where resin volumes are significant.
WARRANTY
PSI covers replacement of resin products under the terms of the company's standard Warranty (see Link in Library). Where the resins are stored, handled and used properly, PSI warrants that the materials will maintain 90% of specified loading capacity for 12 months or 10,000 cycles.
